Wurkkos sent this to replace another TS32 that arrived scratched. This is still new.
 
The TS32 offers 12pcs Samsung LEDs around the outside for flood light, and in the middle it has a Luminus SFT40 LED for long range. You can select whether you have the Flood, Spot, or both beams on with the dual switches. It also has a Power Bank function for charging your phone etc.
