This version has a very narrow beam, great for mounting to the scope since it will have the least glare off the barrel. Wider beam models do have this issue, it's unavoidable.
 
Updated to using the 12 groups operation, see tutorial video in the gallery. This update has reduced the lumens and range slightly because it's operating at less power. This isn't a bad thing, with the reduction from 4.2 amps to 3 amps we now get 10+ minutes of the highest brightness/range before reducing due to temperature. The other C8+ versions see roughly 3.5 minutes.
