This is the Boruit D25 that Sofirn has upgraded to 2x Luminus SST-40 leds and greatly improved the User Interface.
 
Click - On/Off
Hold Switch - Low, Med 1, Med 2, High, Turbo (Release and hold within 2 sec to change mode cycle direction)
2 Clicks - Strobe, Beacon
 
Lumens on each mode

Low - 70, Med1 - 120, Med2 - 300, High - 600, Turbo - 1200. I tested 1100 lumens
