QUALITY CONTROL

Every single product gets a thorough quality control check before listing as available and again before shipping. No other store would bother to do this as it takes ages, but it's well worth it. I receive as low as 1 - 2 warranty claims per year.

 

Checks include the following:

 

Torches/Headlamps: Checking for scratches/marks, cleaning contacts, tightening screws/retaining rings, adding lubricant, checking Orings, measuring lumens to make sure it's performing as rated, checking onboard charging.

 

Chargers: Checking for scratches/marks, test charging current and voltage.

 

Batteries: Check voltage, batch test with a Computerized Battery Analyzer to confirm their authenticity.
