SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Policy

We use signature required delivery on all orders. If you opt out of receiving a signature, you do so at your own risk. Upon delivery (signature or otherwise), you assume all risk and responsibility for the items. We will not be held accountable for damage or theft after delivery to you.

Your package may be signed on your behalf if you have an "Authority To Leave" in place at your address. If you have this service set up, please insure you have a safe place for the courier to leave the package. You can provide delivery instructions to NZ Post via the tracking information given after shipping.

In the unlikely event that your package is lost, NZ Post require a claim to be made within 21 days. Customers need to inform me of non delivery within this timeframe. I will not be held responsible to replace your order if you fail to do so. Unfortunately, I can't keep track of every order, so this is something every customer needs to do via the tracking information provided.

Shipping Rates

As of 11/23 I've signed up with another shipping platform to get much cheaper rates than I could get previously. Below is the new pricing.

Urban Pricing (With Signature)

- $0      -  $50      =  $6.50

- $50    -  $200    =  $7.50

- $200  -  $400    =  $8.50

- $400  -  $1000  =  $13.50

- $1000+             =  $21

Rural charge is an additional $5.50.

  • When Will My Order Be Shipped?
    Orders are shipped on working days. (eg. Monday - Friday & excluding public holidays). I typically ship out orders 3 days after they're placed, this gives me 2 processing days and 1 day for getting it sent.
  • How Will I Know When My Order Has Been Shipped?
    You will receive an email with your tracking information once the courier booking is made.
  • How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?
    We ship all orders out via Overnight Courier, but NZ Post still provide a timeframe of 2-5 days urban or 2-6 days rural.
  • Can You Quickly Ship My Order If It's Urgent?
    Honestly, if it's urgent, then I would advise not buying it from me, I hate having to deal with upset customers if a package is delayed in transit. I have no control over delivery once it has been handed over. I'm quite happy to ship an order out the next day, if the order is placed before 2pm. This is not always the case if I'm away or busy, since I'm just one person running this company. It's best to contact me and ask.
  • Do You Deliver To PO Boxes?
    Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and any address within NZ.
  • Do You Ship Outside Of New Zealand?
    We can ship to Australia, but no batteries can be included. You can't place an order through the checkout to any address outside of New Zealand, you'll need to get in contact for a quote.
