Product Review Policy
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. As a small independent business, I genuinely appreciate honest feedback. Both positive and negative product reviews are welcome.
1. What are product reviews for?
My review section is intended for customers to share their experiences with products they have purchased.
Reviews can cover things such as:

Product quality

Performance and features
-
Ease of use
-
Reliability and durability
-
Overall satisfaction
2. What doesn't belong in a product review?
Comments solely about postage, ordering, payment, website issues or customer service are not suitable for the product review section.
If you have a concern about any of these things, please contact me directly so I can try to resolve it.
3. Review moderation
I reserve the right to remove or decline reviews that:

Are unrelated to the product.

Contain abusive, threatening or offensive language.

Include private or personal information.

Contain spam, advertising or misleading content.

Are fake, duplicated or otherwise inappropriate.
I will not remove a genuine product review simply because it is negative or critical.
4. Reviews containing unrelated comments
If a review contains both product feedback and unrelated comments, I may contact the customer and ask them to edit it so it is suitable for the product review section.
I cannot edit customer-submitted reviews myself. If the customer chooses not to amend the review, I reserve the right to decide whether it is suitable for publication under this policy.
5. Reviews and incentives
I will never offer discounts, products or other benefits in exchange for positive reviews or the removal of negative reviews. Reviews should reflect genuine customer experiences.
6. Fair treatment
I aim to treat all reviews fairly and consistently, regardless of whether they are positive or negative.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
